About the event

You've no doubt heard of "optimal fetal positioning" OFP and how it can affect your labor and birth process. Longtime Doula and OFP practioner, Renata Provost, will help you understand what this terminology means, and how baby's position can influence labor onset, the labor process, and birth itself. She'll discuss  activities you can do during pregnancy that can help balance and prepare your pelvis for baby's optimal position and movement.  She'll also familiarilize you to strategies you can do during labor should baby need to get into a more ideal position. This Chat will not be offered again for a few months, so try to make it if your guess date is coming up!
