Weekly Zoom Chats:

Thursday evening chats are a great way to connect with other pregnant and new families while learning from perinatal providers. Get cozy with your partner and computer and tune into our weekly chats on a variety of topics including birth prep, newborn development, mental health, and more. Golden Oak Chats are now free and open to anyone in the community.

In-Person Classes and Workshops:

In-Person Classes and Workshops are open to anyone in the community for a fee. Intro to Postpartum, Infant Feeding, and Real Talk are all included as part of Golden Oak Patient Care

Support Groups:

Don’t feel isolated in your 4th trimester and beyond. Join groups of likeminded new parents for facilitated roundtables of support and education. These IN-PERSON groups are open to all families- Golden Oak and greater community alike.

Lactation Clinic:

High quality, affordable, and accessible- our Tuesday lactation clinic is available for parents throughout their breast/chestfeeding journey. 1-hour lactation sessions are $100 for GO patients and $150 for the wider community.

Postpartum Mental Health:

Recieve quality postpartum mental health support at Golden Oak with Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Jessica Brown. She works closely with the perinatal population, is a trained group psychotherapist and also a graduate of advanced training through Postpartum Support International in perinatal mood disorders. Additionally, Jessica has extensive training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and develops a unique relationship with each client to weave together the past and present challenges as well as finding new ways to move forward.
